Uniform of Deserto dei Tartari

In the Valerio Zurlini movie, Deserto dei Tartari, based on the Buzzati's book, the uniforms are the sign of a dimension beyond time. The plainness of the uniform becomes the only means to adapt to the abstract world of Fortezza Bastioni: uniform is at the same time, clothing, armor and second skin.
