Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00) are normally processed and shipped within one business day.

For urgent shipments, the orders must be made before 15:00.

For consumer protection, all orders are subject to security checks, including credit card authorization and verification. At times this may cause a delay when processing your order.
